About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Full Labs LLC ("Daily Dial!", "we", "us"). By signing up or using Daily Dial!, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Daily Dial! is

Daily Dial! offers check-in phone calls and in-app chats with an AI companion, and short notes summarizing each check-in. The companion is an AI, not a person. It may make mistakes, misunderstand, or miss something important.

What Daily Dial! is not

• It is not a doctor, nurse, therapist, counselor, or emergency service, and it doesn't give medical advice.
• It does not call 911 or anyone else for you.
• It is not a medical alert or monitoring device. Calls and notes can be delayed or missed (for example, if a phone is off or a service is down), so don't rely on Daily Dial! for anyone's safety.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. If you sign up someone else, you confirm that they are 18 or older, know about the calls, and agree to them and to summaries being shared with you. You must have the right to give us the phone numbers you provide.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and keep your private notes link private.
• Don't use Daily Dial! to harass anyone, to call people without their permission, or for anything illegal.
• Don't try to misuse, overload, or break the service.

Calls and recordings

Check-in calls are processed by AI to hold the conversation and write notes. By using Daily Dial!, you agree that calls and chats may be transcribed and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Daily Dial! is currently in early testing. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price before you're charged.

Stopping the service

You can stop at any time by contacting us. We may pause or end the service, or your access, if these terms are broken or if we need to for safety or legal reasons.

No guarantees

Daily Dial! is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable and kind, but we can't promise it will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Full Labs LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm that results from relying on Daily Dial! instead of emergency or medical help. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid anything.

Our name and content

"Daily Dial!", our logo, and our app and website belong to Full Labs LLC. Please don't copy them without permission.

Michigan law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
