The short version: We collect only what we need to make friendly check-in calls and share short notes with you. We never sell your information. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

Daily Dial! is a service of Full Labs LLC, based in Michigan, USA. "We" and "us" mean Daily Dial!. You can reach us at hello@getdailydial.com.

What we collect

Sign-up details: your name, email, and phone number. If you sign up for someone you care about, their name, phone number, and pronouns (if you share them).
Your choices: your call time and the companion you picked.
Calls and chats: what is said during check-in calls and in-app chats, so our AI companion can respond and write a short summary.
Check-in notes: the short summaries we write after each call or chat.
Companion memory: a short list of details from past conversations (for example, an upcoming appointment or a family member's name) so the companion can pick up where you left off.

How we use it

To place your check-in calls at the time you choose.
To let the AI companion have a natural conversation and remember details between talks.
To write short check-in notes and send them to you, or to the family member who signed up.
To flag a possible concern in a note (for example, "Heads Up" if someone mentions a fall).
To run and improve the service and keep it safe.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us run Daily Dial!

We use trusted service providers to make calls, run the AI, and host the service. They process information only to provide their service to us:

Vapi and Twilio — phone calls and call transcripts
Anthropic (Claude) — the AI that powers conversations, notes, and memory
Render — hosting for our website and servers
ntfy — delivering check-in notes to your private notes link

We may also share information if required by law, or to protect someone's safety.

Your private notes link

When you sign up, you get a private link where your check-in notes appear. Anyone who has this link can read the notes, so please keep it private and don't share it. Notes on that link are kept for a limited time; the Daily Dial! app can save them on your phone.

Signing up for someone else

If you sign up a loved one, you confirm that they are 18 or older, know about the calls, and agree that a short summary of each call will be shared with you. The companion will tell them honestly that summaries go to the person who signed them up.

Health information

People sometimes mention health details during check-ins, like sleep, pain, or how they're feeling. We use this only to write notes and flag possible concerns. Daily Dial! is not a medical service, and we don't give medical advice.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you use Daily Dial!. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete your sign-up details, notes, and companion memory from our systems within 30 days, except where we're required to keep something by law. Our providers may keep data for a limited time under their own policies.

Your choices

Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Stop calls at any time by contacting us.
In the app, you can delete individual notes and clear what your companion remembers in Settings.

Adults only

Daily Dial! is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and keep our service keys on our servers, not on your phone. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll let you know.
